Many athletes and sports persons get so caught up in trainng that they neglect their own nutritional health. You are not going to run an Aston Martin Vanquish on vegetable oil, it needs the right fuel. Our activity needs, have to be met in order for us to repair and recover quicker than someone just simply looking to lose weight and lose a few inches. As athletes we need to get this fuelling and timing right, to get the absolute edge.
Getting into the correct and most appropriate condition is the Bain of most of our lives. We struggle to gain muscle, shift the excess and recover well. it can reach the point where we hit that Plateau and just can't get to the next phase.
Well that's what I do here. I go through your current lifestyle, training and recovery plans and I super blast and metabolise to gain those extra few pounds or blitz those excess pounds with simple to follow programs,.
